If the butane lighter cannot be refilled, excess air in the tank might be the cause. Release the gas and align the air inlet. Quickly deflate 1-2 times and refill. The lighter may become cold, so wait 3-5 minutes. Ensure any residual butane on the lighter evaporates before igniting.
It is important to note that our cigar lighters are shipped without any fuel, as butane is against shipping rules.
